This is exciting!! you can tell the games are getting close. I was in Turino in '06 and it was one of the most moving events i have been to. Don't get me wrong the summer olympics are still the big brother in the relationship but that doesn't mean the winter games aren't spectacular. With the wintery mix of snow, it provides one of the most beautiful backgrounds to watch a sporting event. It's even in this book i was reading in Barnes and Noble the other day, "the 100 sporting events you must see live" and it is number 8 on the list. THIS IS THE 8TH BEST SPORTING EVENT TO WITNESS IN THE ENTIRE WORLD!!!! So please if you can get to Vancouver, do it, you won't regret it.
